WE Ambassadors are leaders around the world who are passionate about empowering women in entrepreneurship in their communities through organizing events, creating content, and more. With access to a global community and exclusive events & resources, ambassadors are helping build a world where all women can thrive in entrepreneurship.

About the program

WE Ambassadors are selected leaders who represent WE on campus and in their local communities.
Their role is to organize impactful events, build awareness of WE, and manage local social media presence, while leading a strong local team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for women who want real responsibility, visibility, and impact.

Organize an Event

Lead and produce high-impact events, including speaker events, networking gatherings, conferences, and curated experiences.

Grow the Community

Build awareness of WE on campus by engaging students, partners, and organizations, and by leading a strong local board or leadership team that drives consistent activity and growth.

Create Content

Manage local WE social media accounts to promote events, strengthen brand presence, and support community growth through consistent, high-quality content.

Qualifications

Organize and lead events on a regular basis
Build and manage a local board/team and hold regular meetings

:Responsibilities

18 years old or older
Active leaders in your community with experience organizing events, speaking at events, creating resources like graphics or videos
Interested in further skill development, with an interest in entrepreneurship
