About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Women Entrepreneurship Program Management Intern to join our team at WE - Women Entrepreneurship. As a Program Management Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of programs aimed at empowering and fostering the growth of women entrepreneurs. This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in program development, project management, and making a positive impact in the field of women's entrepreneurship.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs supporting women entrepreneurs.

  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events.

  • Support program outreach and participant engagement through various communication channels.

  • Assist in the creation of program materials, resources, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success.

  • Gather and analyze program feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to social media and marketing efforts to promote women's entrepreneurship programs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in women's entrepreneurship.



  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

  • Enthusiastic about supporting women entrepreneurs and promoting diversity in business.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Gain hands-on experience in program management and development.

  • Learn from experienced professionals in the field of women's entrepreneurship.

  • Contribute to meaningful initiatives that empower and support women in business.

  • Build a network within the women's entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Selected women are accepted to participate in WE's entrepreneurship program to launch their personal initiatives.

The program hosts top leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and investors who share their knowledge and personal experiences.
Past speakers are Sara Leary (Co-Founder, NextDoor) Jason Feifer (Editor in Chief, Entrepreneur Magazine), Noam Bardin (Former CEO, Waze) and more.
By joining WE, the participants gain skills in leadership, networking, pitching ideas, storytelling, creative thinking, fundraising, teamwork, business communication and more.
WE also operates at top universities: Harvard, Columbia, NYU and more.

About the Company

Additional Information

This is an unpaid internship position. We are looking for interns who are available to work 20-30 hours per week, minimum of 6 months.
